Photo ID, insurance card if applicable, a current medication list, allergy information, and any relevant forms or records. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Affordable Self-Pay Care＋
$75 covers the standard self-pay urgent care visit. Lab testing, medications, injections, procedures, vaccines, and imaging may have separate charges.
When to Go to the Emergency Department＋
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for severe chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, major trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, or loss of consciousness.
